1. Cancellation Policy:

In consideration of our other valued clients, we maintain a strict cancellation policy:

a. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time will be charged the full treatment cost.

b. Appointments cancelled between 25 and 72 hours prior to the scheduled time will have the option to reschedule their treatment. 

c. Appointments cancelled with more than 72 hours notice will receive a full refund.

2. Deposit Requirement:

Upon confirmation of the booking, a 50% deposit will be required for the selected treatment(s). Unfortunately, we cannot accept any bookings without the full deposit being paid. You hereby agree to comply with this deposit policy.

3. Data Protection:

We are registered in accordance with and adhere to the Data Protection Act. This website and our booking system are fully encrypted to ensure the security and privacy of your personal information. 

 4. Appointment Times:

Please be mindful that arriving late to an appointment will result in a necessary reduction in the treatment time, which will still be billed at the full treatment price.

 5. Health Conditions:

All clients are required to complete a consultation form and inform us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or surgeries that could affect your choice of treatment. We are committed to Data Protection compliance, and all personal data is collected and stored in accordance with these principles.

6. Pregnancy:

If you are pregnant, please inform us, and we will gladly amend your treatment to ensure your safety and comfort.

7. Age Policy:

We are delighted to offer treatments to individuals aged 16 years and above. If you are under 16 years old, you must be accompanied by an adult for the entire duration of the treatment. Both you and your guardian will be required to sign a consent form.

8. Treatment Pricing:

We reserve the right to amend treatment prices from time to time. Our website will always display the most up-to-date pricing information.
